Exchange or return for a refund

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. A new product can be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible, please make sure.

-The product is in its original packaging

-The product is not used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To return products, please submit an item change request to customer service via support @ sinebees.com.

We will issue the refund to your wallet within a few days if we are not otherwise advised to refund your payment account in advance. The Google Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn from your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

We do not accept requests for exchanges and returns once the "specials" have been sold.

Purchase not eligible for return:

- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

- You must email us a photo showing the problem / defect when you submit the return / exchange request.

After receiving the confirmation from our customer service, please send the product with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking number for the returned package is required; we will take care of the exchange or refund of the product after receiving your return package.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for further assistance.

Order cancellation

We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase.

You must submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via support@shinebees.com once you decide to cancel the order.

For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but not shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.

We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 7 to 15 business days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Customers will only be billed once for shipping costs (this includes returns); no restocking will be charged to consumers for the return of the product.
